Below is some useful information on the local area to help you plan your stay at South Chesthill.  We have also collated a list of Local Activities and Places to Eat Out. 

Groceries:
  • If you wish to order a grocery delivery online ahead of your stay, Asda and Morrisons are currently the only supermarkets that will reliably deliver up the glen.  
  • Majestic Wine delivers also.
 

Local butchers:

  • McDonald Bros, Pitlochry (01796 472047) – they will deliver
  • Aberfeldy Butchers, 12 Bank Street, PH15 2BB (01887 820310)
 
Taxidermy:
  • Alba Taxidermy offer full taxidermy services.

If you wish to hire a chef/cook your stay (which we recommend), here are some people / agencies to get you started. Please note, this list is impartial, and we do not recommend any particular one over the other!
