We offer two three-man, child-friendly kayaks for use on our 1km stretch of the river Lyon where the river is 25m wide and slow moving, giving the perfect conditions for a gentle and safe introduction to kayaking both downstream and upstream. For those who feel ready, there is a 0.5km section of faster moving, shallower water which is also beginner level.
Life jackets are provided (mandatory) and there is a rescue boat if required (although this is unlikely!).
