Since our comment in the Newsletter a month ago regarding planned works to Chesthill House in early 2015, unfortunately we have been let down by some contractors who now say they will struggle to get the work done on time.  Rather than risk overruns, a “rushed job”, or disruption for tenants, we feel it is prudent to post-pone the work until January 2016.  We are very sorry to tenants who were looking forward to seeing the changes, but we believe that proceeding next year is in everyone’s best interests.
